Baxi loyalty scheme Works!

Designed using feedback from installers, Baxi Works offers a wider range of benefits for loyal installers. In another boost, Baxi has extended its market-leading warranty offers in Northern Ireland on its EcoBlue range until December 31, 2017*.

Once they have installed a boiler, Baxi Works installers in Northern Ireland can set up automatic, personalised service reminders for home-owners, helping to secure repeat business. At the same time, NI installers can complete free Gas Safe notifications, register warranties, and claim loyalty points in just a few simple steps. Baxi Approved Installers can also benefit from same-day engineer call-outs for in-warranty boilers.

Finn Grehan, also known as ‘The Gasman Cabra’, has been a registered installer of Baxi boilers for the past 20 years. Extremely simple to install and popular with customers thanks to their efficiency, Finn installed many Baxi boilers in 2016.

“The loyalty scheme is fantastic. It gives us a few bob back which we use for Christmas or birthday presents in the office. It’s very easy to use and we can always depend on excellent back-up from Baxi; everyone is happy!”

Finn also offers a free five-year warranty on all Baxi products.

“We very rarely have any warranty issues on Baxi boilers which is down to the quality of the product. But even if we were to, I know that I would have a replacement Baxi product on site within two or three hours. That’s the level of care we receive from Baxi and it allows us to ensure our customers are happy.”

The same positive response is being found with installers in Northern Ireland.

David Harper, of Ballygowan-based David Harper Plumbing & Heating, said, “You can quickly scan in the barcode with your smartphone and set up the warranty and service reminders. It’s quick and simple to use and reflects a professional service for my business.

In addition to these benefits, registered installers also have access to the Baxi Works website, which includes an exclusive error code look-up function complete with installer fixes – making revisits faster and more efficient.

The package of benefits also brings together a number of online initiatives, including the ability for consumers to review an installer on the Baxi website, and the option for the installer to hide their details if their diary is busy or they are away from the business.

The Baxi Works website also includes a new dedicated discussion forum where members can share hints, tips and advice with fellow installers, and an information hub where members can order and download marketing collateral including literature and van livery.
