“While we can offer unique district heat solutions to developers that are not available from other heat pump manufacturers, our target market is the individual contractor who works on bespoke, one-off, self-build residential projects.
“Our partner installers don’t need to compete against a myriad of other guys who just buy products off the shelf.
Instead they get bespoke design, support, drawings supplied to them and a product that comes with up to seven years warranty – which no other heat pump manufacturer offers. We can offer that because we have the ability to continually monitor the product online. That’s peace of mind for the contractor and for their client. All our products are SEAI approved in the ROI and qualify for government grant support for energy efficient heating upgrades.

As previously mentioned, each installed unit is closely monitored via internet allowing MasterTherm engineers to continuously optimise system performance and identify potential issues at the earliest possible stage.
