Each of the 60 apartments had their gas boiler upgraded as part of the annual maintenance carried out by the Association.
And CTS fitted the boilers with the efficiency and value for money required in the social housing sector and went the extra mile by handing each tenant a £10 heating voucher for their gas heating just before Christmas.
And Managing Director Connaire McGreevy believes that this type of gesture adds value to CTS as a business and their customers
“With the level of fuel poverty in our society, we, as a business, and as individuals classify ourselves as a keen player in our local community. We like to give back to the families of the community in which we work and live.
“CTS Projects not only deliver with excellence in their work, they give back to the community whilst building that invaluable trust with their customers.
“It is apparent energy bills are on the rise, especially during the winter period, fuel poverty is something in which people can easily find themselves trapped in.”
