Greenline Plumbing Supplies quickly established itself as the leading heating and plumbing supplier in Co. Meath when it was first established in 2017, and has continued to grow despite the uncertainties that Covid-19 lockdowns and materials shortages have thrown at the industry.
“Since we first opened, we’ve added at least one staff member and one vehicle each year,” said David Bates, Managing Director, “and we’ve opened a second branch complete with a new bathroom showroom in Cavan. The overall customer base in both the retail and trade sectors has risen dramatically over the last five years and continues to increase.
“Our biggest selling point is how responsive we are. Our staff members respond diligently and extremely quickly to questions and quote requests from customers, by phone or email. When customers experience that kind of response they know that the service is there, which in turn gives them the confidence to come in and purchase.”
Greenline Plumbing continues to add value to its customer service by providing heat pump training courses at its facility in Navan. There has been a surge in demand for the free courses, which offer local plumbers invaluable knowledge on how to fit and get heat pumps up and running.
Purpose-built training rooms have been set up adjacent to Greenline’s store at Mullaghboy Industrial Estate, to cater for both Daikin and Samsung installers.
