The five-star hotel at Waring Street in Belfast’s Cathedral Quarter is admired for its distinctive architectural style and has become the city’s stellar hotel venue, thanks to an internationally acclaimed reputation.
A recent heating upgrade, carried out by Tri-Heat Ltd, ensures guests not only receive a warm welcome, but also a comfortable stay.
C&F Quadrant supplied eight ACV Prestige in two cascade formations which were installed in a brand-new plant room located on the roof of the hotel.
“We are delighted to be involved in upgrading the heating for such a prestigious hotel in Belfast,” explained Michael Clarke, Technical Manager at C&F Quadrant. “This sector has become hugely important in Belfast, and this project showcases our ability to meet the requirements of a five-star hotel. We currently have a number of other hotel projects in the pipeline where we will deliver to the same high standards.”
The ACV Prestige range offers reliability and has been designed to meet the high level heating demands of projects such as The Merchant.
The boilers’ integrated Cascade Control minimises set-up time and, with a maximum turndown ratio of 18 to 1, the system provides ample output during peak demands yet adjusts its output during lower demands to minimise boiler cycling and maximise efficiency.
