Once logged-in to the fully integrated system you can view and order Heat Merchants’ full range of products with their exclusive trade prices as if you were in any of the company’s 32 branches nationwide.
The website also shows the stock availability for immediate collection from whichever branch the user selects or it will show stock held in the central warehouse available for delivery or collection in many cases as soon as the next day.
The account management functionality provides an exceptionally useful tool. All transactions, whether in-branch or online, can be reviewed online and all invoices can be re-printed with account balances clearly visible. This reduces the administrative burden as you don’t have to handle and store paperwork – simply log-in and download all the information whenever you need it. Companies with multiple employees can assign varying levels of access and permissions to each user and the intuitive account management tool streamlines any centralised administrative process.
