Recently, the company has been made an Approved Distributor and Service Centre for Testo – one of only two in Ireland – meaning Cuthbertson Laird now has the facilities to service and calibrate Testo Flue Gas Analysers in the Mallusk Branch.
Nick Compton, Technical Sales Engineer, explained, “The feedback that we have been getting from plumbing and heating engineers is that downtime on their FGAs whilst they were being calibrated is a major factor in choosing their service partner.
“This is an essential piece of kit and in daily use, so that is why we have set up a system that normally means we will provide a standard service of Testo 310, 320, 327 and 330 units in 1-2 days.”
Nick added, “We can also conduct a comprehensive analysis and provide regular software and firmware updates on all Testo instruments. You can be assured your Testo instrument will be serviced to the highest standard, using only genuine parts, protecting your investment and warranty.
“When your instrument arrives at our service department, it gets booked into our specialised service management system. Using the proprietary Testo service software and diagnostic equipment, our specialists will calibrate and service your instrument.
