Working with the DIY SOS The Big Build Ireland team, Kingspan Klargester donated a Kingspan Klargester BioFicient Wastewater Treatment System and small pump station to the latest project to be televised.
Featured on RTE 1 on October 25, the episode showcased an incredible building project from presenter, Baz Ashmawy, and his team of volunteers for Tipperary woman, Sinead Barry and her family. Sinead’s husband, Michael (34), tragically passed away after a very short battle with cancer. For five years, Michael had been self-building their house, and when he fell ill and sadly passed away in March 2019, the home was unfinished.
Commenting on their involvement Stephen Murphy, Commercial Manager Ireland and UK for Kingspan Klargester said,
“To be able to contribute to this build and help the DIY SOS team to deliver a dream home for the Barry family was an honour. We were only too delighted to provide a Kingspan Klargester Sewage Treatment Solution and worked with Gordon Mitchell from Mitchell Environmental – a Kingspan Klargester Accredited Installer – on the installation of the product.”
