“Business has been brisk this year fuelled in most part by strong market demand as homeowners spent more time in their homes and focused on improving them,” says Mark Thompson, Branch Manager, Boucher Road.
“Buoyed by this unexpected boost to sales, the Boucher Road branch is looking forward to a positive 2021. “We’ve plenty of orders in the order bank. We know what’s coming next year and that’s a great position to be in.”
The Boucher Road branch has three trade counters: plumbing, building and paint along with the Watershed Bathroom and Tiles showroom. A recent addition to Watershed is the new design office and extended tile display.”
MacBlair Boucher Road’s plumbing and heating business has been a mainstay for the branch showing continual growth and customer satisfaction. With the emphasis on staff training the sales counter team is perfectly qualified to provide in-depth customer advice and service to cover the extensive stock range.
Mark says, “There’s a broad knowledge base here, which combined with the vast range of stock we hold on site means our customers receive the best possible attention and personal service.”
