Continuing its drive to remain innovative and to provide customers with the highest levels of service, Plumbmaster has launched Heating Spares, a new spares division for oil and gas heating systems as the brand continues to grow since its launch in March 2016.
The heating spares service has already been rolled out across four Plumbmaster branches including Belfast (Duncrue), Ballymena, Newry and Bangor but it’s expected that the remaining branches will be fully stocked by the end of the year.
“The Plumbmaster brand is very well established so we believe now is the right time to launch our Heating Spares division,” said Cheryl Gibbs, Sales Development Manager for Heating Spares.
“We have received a lot of feedback from trade customers who would have come to us to buy traditional plumbing products but would have had to go elsewhere for heating spare parts. As a continuation of the customer service we provide, it was felt a spares division was the right thing to do.”
With so many people opting to have repairs carried out on their boilers instead of replacing them, Heating Spares can cater for that need.
“As well as the spare parts we will also stock accompanying products; for example, if you are servicing your customer’s boiler you can get everything you need to complete that operation from our counters. ”
To ensure customers receive the very best service, one fully trained member of staff is on hand at each of the four branches where the new division has been rolled out.
“Once the division is rolled out across all branches, we aim to have two members of staff fully trained in each branch.”
The response that Plumbmaster has received to the new division has been excellent. “We’re really happy with customers’ reactions. We believe there’s a lot of potential to grow this area of the business further, particularly with so many boilers reaching the stage of needing repairs and services.”
