The launch of the new Zeno air source heat pump range is the latest in a long list of market- leading innovations from Warmflow; which also includes the UK and Ireland’s only AAA rated oil boiler that saves home-owners up to five litres of fuel per week compared to other brands. The new Zeno heat pumps range is one of the most intelligent and advanced heating systems available, offering unparalleled efficiency. Only requiring electricity and water connections, the outdoor unit is easily installed and can be placed discreetly outside your home. With excellent SCOPs, the new Zeno air source heat pumps boast an ErP A++ rating, helping home-owners to reduce their annual home heating bills whilst being environmentally friendly. The Zeno range has been developed with quality in mind and boasts a number of market-leading components, including a Mitsubishi inverter driven compressor and a Grundfos circulating pump.
The range comes with all the features installation engineers have become accustomed to in a Warmflow product, such as an easy-to-use touch screen controller, a simple wiring centre to reduce installation time and an in- house design team on hand to advise and support engineers planning their installation.
Consisting of three single phase models – 6kW, 11kW and 17kW – the Zeno heat pumps efficiently provide cost-effective heating and hot water for properties. Each unit comes in a weatherproof, anthracite-grey casing, requiring no maintenance and also with a range of accessories included as standard. These accessories comprise a heated drip tray, Y strainer, flexi hoses and isolating valves. Each features a unique ‘Tube in Shell’ heat exchanger, which provides efficient heat transfer, whilst allowing maximum lubrication of the refrigerant circuit. This provides maximum efficiency and ensures a long operational life.
The Warmflow Zeno heat pumps operate at high efficiencies, even when the external temperatures are low, making for a cost-effective renewable alternative to traditional off-gas heating methods. Monobloc in design, the Zeno range of heat pumps is suitable for use with S-Plan and Y-Plan heating control systems and is simple to work with for installation and maintenance. The units also offer a number of great energy and money-saving features including an ‘Intelligent Defrost Method’ and a ‘Quiet Operation Mode’ which further reduces the noise of the units and leads to an almost silent operation. This Quiet operation mode is programmable and can be set at certain times of the day when lower noise is required.
